It’s beautifully honeyed, with vanilla buttercream and green fruit aromas of Galia melon and lime peel. The pot still spices retain a certain freshness, and complement a blackened oak note. Blossom honey, candied orange, peppery spice, vanilla, runny caramel, green apple, and cinnamon cookies make this expression stand taller than the other trees.—JM
