Midleton Very Rare Vintage 2025, 40%

Combining six Midleton distillate styles in celebration of the distillery’s 200th anniversary, the nose has toffee, new leather, green apple, vanilla, lavender honey, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, red chile, and nutty notes. Apple pie, toffee, vanilla, and cinnamon keep this centered in its signature style, but the nutmeg and chile heat kick against the 40% ABV, adding mandarin peel, barley sugar, grain sweetness, and pot still spices to the finish.
