Minden Mill 4 year old Four Grain, 47%

Fruit-forward aromas of apple hand pie, dried apricot, mango, and honeyed wheat cereal lead the nose. There aren’t really any surprises on the palate, save for the lovely mouthfeel, and those fruitier notes from the nose remain, making for a streamlined tasting experience. This pattern continues straight through to the finish; one might wish the flavors went a little deeper, but they’re perfectly pleasant nonetheless. A great bourbon for those starting their whiskey journey. (Release date: 11/24)
