Rather closed on the nose, with light aromas of lime wedge, floral notes, and sweet vanilla. The palate opens with lime juice, bitter lemon, vanilla, grapefruit, and honey, becoming sweeter and less acidic with flavors of butterscotch and zested orange as the smooth texture becomes pleasantly chewier. The citrus bitterness might not suit every palate, but this attribute will allow it to cut through beautifully in long drinks.
