Composed of 55% STR wine cask, 43% American whiskey cask, and 2% sherry cask- matured whisky, the nose has caraway, rye bread, dark toffee, light stone fruits, tree bark, cinnamon stick, and a hint of saltiness. Flavors of peach, pear, and strawberry are dominated by clove, rye crackers, woodiness, and bread crust, followed by lively spiciness on the finish.
