New Holland Dragon's Milk Beer Barrel Finished, 50.5%

Coffee, chicory, and chai spices kick off this stout-cask-finished whiskey. In the background, black bread and burnt grains add some contrast to the nose’s leading spice kick. The palate brings malt and vanilla to the forefront with a slightly astringent and grainy undercurrent. With water, cherry candies and fresh berries emerge. The finish returns to the spiced coffee notes from the nose, trailing off to sweet chocolate.
