Sweet lemon, light florals, and buttery notes, with clotted cream on scones, oak shavings, nutmeg, and cinnamon, but it's a delicate proposition with little intensity. The palate is thin, buttery, and lemony, with sherbet, sweet citrus, icing sugar, and cinnamon. The mouthfeel improves constantly with vanilla cream, light citrus, and hints of cocoa. The finish is long and spicy, with candied lemon flavors. On the light side, but displays a likable array of flavors.
