Created at Great Northern Distillery by late master distiller Brian Watts, this whiskey combines bourbon, oloroso sherry, and virgin American oak cask influences. Aromas of barley sugar, butterscotch, toasted coconut, green apple, and graham cracker lead to a creamy palate of lemon, honey, orange zest, and vanilla. The mouthfeel becomes richer, with Horlicks, vanilla pod, coffee bean, grilled banana, and a finish of toasted spice, Whoppers, and red cherry.
