All manner of dark dried fruit on the nose, abundant as it is with cranberries, dried cherries, quince paste, Fig Newton, freeze-dried strawberries, lemon-coated Fuji apple, and wood spice. A delicious coating of chocolate comes forth on the palate, and together with the remaining fruit, it’s reminiscent of Ghirardelli dark chocolate raspberry squares. Though somewhat biting at first brush, the finish kicks the chocolate and fruit medley up a notch, and sticks the landing with delightful flavors of black forest cake. (Release date: Late 2025)
