Distilled from a mash of corn, wheat, barley, and rye, with nearly a fifth of the mash being barley, this leads with a soft and fruity nose. Apple pie, mulling spices, and buttery corn create a lush bed for sweet citrus to rest upon. The palate is light and springy, balancing pepper, berry candies, brown sugar, and semi-sweet chocolate. The finish is dry, oaky, and tidily wraps up each sip.
