While younger than some releases in the Old Fitz Decanter Series, this still packs plenty of complexity, starting with its bready, confectionary nose of brioche, cornbread, and toasted sugar. On the sip, there’s powdered sugar, maple syrup, and fresh-cracked black pepper mixed with vanilla ice cream and berry compote. The finish is gentle, full of sweet vanilla balanced by autumnal spices.
