Old Fitzgerald 13 year old Bottled in Bond (Batch VVS 2024), 50%

Distilled at Louisville’s Bernheim Distillery in 1999, disgorged into steel drums in 2013, and bottled for this release, which commemorates 25 years of Heaven Hill’s ownership of Bern heim and Old Fitzgerald. The nose is fragrant and gentle, with aged tobacco, coconut shavings, and ripe banana slices. A mellow palate offers baked peaches, bananas Foster, warm honeyed orange chunks, and pepper spice. The finish is smooth, sweet, and light but flavorful, with chocolate, baking spice, and cigar box.
