The first 2025 release in Heaven Hill’s long- running series of wheaters opens with toffee and banana aromas, with buttery popcorn and syrupy French Toast in the background. On the palate, the flavors—led by caramel, honey, and stewed fruits—are well defined but gentle, bolstered by ample spice. The finish is long and spicy, with charred oak and cinnamon, but just a little too much prickle from the spice.
