Old Forester 117 Series Rum Finished, 47.5%

Finished for 6 months in casks that held rum for at least 4 years. The nose offers new leather and dried strawberries. The palate has a smooth texture and balanced sweetness with flavors of red fruit and light spice. The finish is long and spicy, with the fruit opening up further. It’s almost lush in its sweetness and fruitiness, but stays in balance. This is Old Forester’s first-ever rum finish, and it’s a good one. Price per 375ml
