Old Pepper Distillery Bottled in Bond, 50%

Distilled at James E. Pepper Distilling Co., which previously relied on sourced liquid while its own make from its distillery in Lexington, Kentucky matured. Creamy vanilla on the nose, candied peanuts, butter, and oak, full and balanced. Spiced and herbal on the palate, with cherries, dark chocolate, and pepper. Creamy notes of rice pudding and crème brûlée, cherry, a hint of citrus and tobacco leaf emerge on the back palate and finish.
