This single malt was double distilled in traditional Charentais stills in Cognac, France and matured in cognac casks made of French Limousin oak. The nose has crisp apple, dried apricot, marmalade, ripe plum, hints of tropical fruit, and perfumed white floral notes. Orange, lime, and grapefruit flavors abound with clove, pepper, and fresh fruit tarts. Flavors ebb and flow rather than developing linearly. Lime zest on a dry finish.
