Penelope’s first-ever Kentucky straight bourbon has a very traditional and rustic profile. On the nose, it presents black cherry gelato, kettle corn, cinnamon powder, and chocolate, with vanilla cream emerging after adding water. The palate has assorted spices, spiced chocolate, fudge, honey, and more cherry. Chocolate-dipped strawberries emerge on the finish, which retains some of the honey sweetness and spice from the palate.
