This Aussie single malt was blended from whiskies sourced from Starward, with Pinhook master blender and founder Sean Joesphs teaming up with sommelier Jordan Salcito to make the final blend. The nose radiates fruit—pear, orange, lemon, and berry—with a strong backbone of dark chocolate. On the sip, the influence of the wine barrels becomes more evident, with cassis, jammy red fruits, and currants held in check by toasted oak. (Release date: 11/24)
