Married after being fully matured in bourbon, oloroso, and PX sherry casks, this has an engaging nose of raisin bread, black cherry, orange peel, toasty wood spices, and deep vanilla notes. The combination of black cherry, milk chocolate, and toffee on the palate is quite moreish, with hints of milk chocolate, then a frisson of black pepper, raisins, and malt, leading to a rich finish of fruit, spice, and chocolate (1,880 bottles for the U.S)
