This small batch release has aromas of sweet lemons, a good head of peat smoke, melon, raw ginger, and barbecued trout flavored with dill. On the palate, there is vanilla, sweet lemons, and a wave of pepper and clove, then toffee and nuts before a final stretch of dark chocolate and earthy peat.
