Finished in bourbon and first-fill Rhone Valley red wine casks, this lovely dram draws you in with an enticing nose of grilled pineapple, sweet cinnamon, dark red berries, and smoked ham. The palate greets you with waves of briny smoke and seaweed salad over a bed of cooked berries, bright lemon curd, and vanilla wafers. Pineapple reemerges for an explosive finish with kosher salt, black currant, cinna- mon, and oak.
