Dry on the nose, aromas of lime and smoky peat embers, with dry minerality and maritime scents of dried sea shells and seaweed. On the palate, peat embers and smoke lead the way atop flavors of vanilla cream pie and baked apricots, with those flavors very much in the game. A delicious whisky, so well-balanced between sweetness and smoke, both showing their best in a joust that brings forth harmony and great flavor.
