Candied lemon and orange, vanilla, hay bales, malt, orange peel, and ground cumin on the nose. Tangerine, malt, and sugared lemon flavors as the rum sweetness kicks in, with grapefruit and dry spices yielding to a creamy vanilla phase after the citrus acidity passes, to end on a custard cream note.
