A fragrant cloud of peat smoke rises from the glass, with aromas of tarry ropes, lanolin, sweet lemon, vanilla, banana milkshake, and seashells. At its core, there are flavors of tangy citrus, sweet caramel, and punchy peat smoke, with some vanilla ice cream, salt, and coriander-stalk herbal notes, leaving a creamy finish with lingering peat smoke.
