Sweet, rich, and syrupy palate, with marmalade, toffee, and more saltiness, getting a little hot at cask strength, then fading away to leave melted white chocolate and orange fondant; the pepperiness rumbling in the background, ending in a pool of sweet citrus and melted white chocolate.
