Banana skin, oak spice, cherry mousse, raspberry cheesecake, and seasoned oak; this is a quiet dram, with a delicately dry and subtle nose. Softly fruity to taste, with strawberry, melon, raspberry, red currant, and ripe plum. Water is beneficial to access the best of the red berry fruitiness from the Pedro Ximénez and oloroso-seasoned European oak casks, and delivers a creamier finish. (609 bottles; price per 8-bottle set)
