Sweet and honeyed, with flavors of candied orange, olive oil, pepper, vanilla, marzipan, crystalized ginger, vanilla ice cream, and white chocolate. Its oiliness turns creamy with delayed flavors of malt, orange peel, and chocolate. While not revolutionary in character, this aged beauty is simply an excellent expression of Talisker.
