This celebrates the whiskies of North America, blending well-aged Canadian and American corn, light, and rye. On the nose there’s honey, menthol, and light, sweet mint. The palate offers subdued notes of berries, apples, and cherries in syrup, with peppery zing and more of that herbaceous menthol note. The finish is a touch hot, with bright black pepper somewhat tamed by cooling mint. (Release date: 03/25)
