Orchard fruits abound, thanks to a delightful array of pears and Gala apples. There are some tropical notes here too, namely pineapple. The palate veers off in a different direction, coaxing out toasted wood and some sawdust, but that fruit still holds a subtle influence thanks to tangy raspberries, strawberries, and coconut shavings. The finish wraps nicely with strawberry sorbet, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a dollop of whipped cream.
