This exceptional rye delivers depth and complexity. The nose is resplendent with mint, fennel, cloves, and spiced vanilla. The palate is bold with balanced sweetness; white pepper, thyme, and sweet mint, all fleshed out by sweeter flavors of apple, raisin, and candied pecans. The finish is long and spicy, with dried herbs and oak.
