Syrupy and rich throughout, this is dessert in a glass. On the nose there’s chocolate chip cookies, fudge brownies, and freshly baked cake with a soft, jammy fruitiness in the background. The palate is sweet but assertive with tart cherry, cinnamon sugar, andchocolate milkshake, plus subdued char and oak. Water brings more chocolate and some light pepper. The finish is heavy and sweet with caramel, baking spices, and sweetened espresso.
