Rare Character Limited Release Straight (Batch 2; 2026), 60.2%

A blend of 8 year old Indiana and Kentucky ryes, the nose has attractive dessert-like notes of brown sugar, cinnamon-dusted rice pudding, and sour cherry. The palate brings spice into focus with cinnamon and ground nutmeg, strawberry, and cherry cola that creeps in toward the mid-palate and lingers through the long finish. This takes a long while to open up, but its flavors are well worth the wait.
