Rebel Kyle Busch Single Barrel Select (No. 86213), 54%

Picked by recently departed NASCAR legend Kyle Busch, this has notes of ginger ale, key lime pie, vanilla frosting, and baked berries. It has an interesting palate of powdered sugar, toffee, shortbread cookies, and burnt sugar. The finish adds caramel, cream soda, and, at the very end, hints of dark chocolate. The palate bites occasionally, but a few drops of water go a long way in taming it.
