Remus brand’s first wheat whiskey is bright and fruity on the nose with an inviting blend of raspberry, cherry, and grape jelly. The palate is sweet, too, but more confectionary with chocolate chips, honey buns, and fruit tarts. With time, it shows excellent evolution with charred oak, dark chocolate, and a hint of sour cherry tempering the sweet flavors. The finish is long and full of oak and dried fruit, creating a delightfully cohesive sip.
