The nose has vanilla, Bavarian cream doughnuts, Bing cherries, tangerine, and marzipan. The palate adds powdered sugar and raspberry iced tea, which sits atop a foundation of mellow cinnamon and gingerbread. Those spices take charge on the finish, joined by black and white cookies, fudge, and a tinge of oak.
