The second Ian Macleod release ahead of Rosebank Distillery’s reopening has a mellow nose of vanilla, caramel, and zested orange, the caramel melting to butterscotch, with florals and dried tropical fruits. Sweet honey and vanilla on the palate, with banana chip, pineapple, soft oak, and gentle pepperiness, it soothes the taste buds with layers of toffee, oak, rum and raisin, and vanilla cream.
