Royal Brackla 18 year old, 46%

The new Royal Brackla 18 year old is finished in Palo Cortado casks and the sherry influence is evident from the nose through to the finish. On the nose, there’s a bright tropical note, with pineapples and guava alongside honeyed grains and light citrus. The palate is soft and creamy, marrying vanilla sweetness and candied fruit with sweet cereal grains. The finish lasts long and brings together sherried fruit and oak.
