Scotch

Whisky made in Scotland. Scottish regulations dictate different types of whisky, including malt, grain, and blended whiskies, which must conform to certain standards: made of only water and malted barley, and may include other cereal grains; be mashed, fermented, distilled to no more than 94.5% ABV, and matured in oak casks not exceeding 700 liters for a minimum of 3 years in Scotland; not contain additives other than water and caramel coloring; be bottled at no less than 40% ABV; and exhibit the characteristic traits of whisky.
