A nose of lemon-barley water, grilled peach, mandarin, candy hearts, honey, sliced green apple, and scorched spices. Flavors of lemon tart, honey, tangerine, and spices, though the spices can’t compete against the fruitiness of peach, nectarine, citrus, and apple. The finish offers sanded oak and grilled peaches floating in melting vanilla ice cream. Wonderful to sip at cask strength, this keeps evolving, so don’t swallow too early.
