A single blend combining single pot still and malt whiskeys from Rademon Estate Distillery, matured in new American oak and bourbon barrels. Heather honey, malt, oak spices, vanilla sponge, nutmeg, stroopwafel, and tobacco leaf aromas. Sweet and malty with good balance and weight, the opening of honey, brown sugar, and vanilla ice cream is interrupted by a whipcrack of pot still spices, leaving zesty citrus, nougat, apple peels, and waxy honeycomb.
