I’ll say it: This Beyoncé-owned whiskey is worth its salt. The nose is lightly spiced and fresh, with bright grain and clove complemented by fruitier notes of raisin and orange oil. Made from a mashbill of 51% rye and 49% malted barley, it’s mild-mannered as far as rye goes, gently led by a silky-smooth mouthfeel that brings sweeter flavors of dried cherries and candied nuts alongside earthier notes of rye bread.
