Skellig matured, finished, and blended this combination of triple-distilled single pot still whiskeys matured in bourbon, PX sherry, and peated casks. Clouds of baking spices mingle with aromas of light peat, vanilla, berry fruit coulis, leather, and candy cola bottles. It brings warm spiced fruitcake, cola, clove, and gentle smoke to the palate, before a chewy finish of raisins, black licorice, leather, and black pepper.
