Skellig Six 18 Small Batch PX Sherry Cask Finish, 40%

A blend of sourced single pot still and single grain whiskeys matured, finished, and blended by Skellig. On the nose there’s sliced apple, dried cranberry, baking spice, raspberry jam, granola, and honey sweetness. Well-balanced and tasty, with marmalade, honey, cherry, and active spices, backed by flavors of raisins, dried cherry, brown sugar, and Cherryade, followed by a mouth-coating finish of spiced red apples.
