Sourced from Cooley Distillery, this muscat-finished 2004 distillate was originally aged in bourbon casks, drawing parallels with Teeling Revival IV. Aromas of grapefruit peel, spun sugar, baked citrus, florals, overripe white grapes, golden syrup, and gentle sherry. Mouth-drawing, sweet, and vinous, with pepper, clove, stewed apples, pear, citrus peel, some rich creaminess, ginger root, and a short, hot, dry finish. Adding water is advised. (280 bottles)
