Dark amber in color, with aromas of cherry coulis, woodsmoke, and cooked sweet strawberries. The palate is rich, lively, and loaded with red fruit notes, as well as watermelon, cinnamon spice, melted brown sugar, chocolate, and white pepper, with the wood and smoke influence lingering deftly in the background. The finish is long and rich, with flavors of bitter chocolate, allspice, vanilla bean, and more cinnamon. A complex, flavorful, well-made whiskey.
