Viscous and spiced on the nose, with other hints of aromas that are very restrained. It offers flavors of grape jelly, stone fruits, peach pie, and white pepper, but it never really opens up on the back palate. Well-spiced on a mid-length finish that again is quite restrained. Solid, but this one never really blossoms and lets fly, and there is no real diversity of flavor. (2,000 bottles)
