Distilled in Lancaster County from a mashbill of 60% rye, 30% corn, and 10% malted barley, this has a mellow and approachable nose of caramel apple, cinnamon, assorted baking spices, candy corn, and mint sprigs. The palate has Mexican hot chocolate, chocolate-covered chiles, toffee, and tart sour cherries. The finish evolves some of those flavors into caramel, stroopwafel, white pepper, and mocha.
