Stranahan's Diamond Peak Local Brewer's Cask Finished, 45%

Stranahan’s annual cask finished release, this one using casks from four local brewers. The nose offers lemon, soft grain, new leather, and earthiness. The palate is light, smooth, soft, and creamy, with vanilla, sweet coconut, and peach. A nicely layered thickness of flavors carries on to the finish, which offers rich notes of chocolate, seven-layer cake, light spice, and poached pears. Complex, with a smooth texture and soft mouthfeel.
