Stranahan's Peated Cask (Batch 10), 45%

After aging in new American oak, this was finished in peated whisky casks from Islay and the U.S. On the nose, the peated casks’ influence is immediately evident, with smoke and spice mixing with tropical fruit and caramel candies. The palate is charred and grilled, with wood smoke, burnt grains, hay, and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups creating layers of flavor. The finish balances sweet and bitter exceptionally, with milk chocolate and ashy smoke.
