Inspired by the 80-foot-tall Dunwoody pine tree that stands over the course at the Tennessee golf club, this has a wheated mashbill. Honeyed vanilla, dry wool, perfumed oak, and warehouse earthiness on the nose. The palate offers milk chocolate, cocoa powder, and vanilla custard, leading to a sweet, smooth finish of honey, candied lemon, vanilla, well-integrated oak, and spice.
